What is Due Dilligence Platform？

A WeChat platform which helps with due diligence and rating.

You can grasp all data in 3 aspects -- basic information of the institutions, relation schema of partnerships and fair rating by the third-party, to determine whether to cooperate with them and carry out due diligence.

1. White list

Quickly lock the ideal customer with no obstacle on legal review.

According to cooperate mode, Due Dilligence Platform divides partnerships into 3 types –

investment counselors, channels and trustees. Through careful analysis, induction and reorganization, Due Dilligence Platform clearly demonstrates the intricate relationships between private placement companies and other institutions.

The more institutions a company cooperated and the more of times it has been selected into the White list, the higher the reputation it has.

2. Fair rating

Due Dilligence Platform rates institutions by 13 aspects of information, for instance, fundamental information (e.g. AUM and register information), information analyzed by professionals (e.g. white list frequency, certificates of merit) and regulator related information (e.g. punishments), etc.

A grade is the simplest thing to indicate the reputation of an institution. It is impossible unreasonable if a well-known institution gets a low grade. For more details, check “Grading Illustration”.

3. Rewards and punishments

To know what rewards and punishments the institution has gotten, check this!

Awarding information is obtained through the publicity of the institution’s official website and other news reports, while punishment messages are collected through abnormal or punishing information announced by relevant regulator.

By “Rewards and punishments”, it is easy to get the target institution’s “gray history”. If it has been subjected to serious regulatory punishment, make sure whether you really want to cooperate.

4. Fund relationship format

The alternate name is family tree. For easy understanding, it summarized the information of shareholders and investors into relation pattern.

The family tree has 5 layers of messages in total, which can help with background investigation during the process of cooperation. The upper layer can show who his shareholders are and further information. Managers’ information is contained in the middle. The lower layer holds the information of investment abroad and further investing messages.
